Keyboard Step Feature

If you use the arrow keys to move your object, you have sometimes the problem that it takes to long to move an object. One possibility is to press the SHIFT key, the object moves faster. The other possibility is to increase the "keyboard step" value. If you set it to ten and you press the left arrow key, the object moves 10 units to the left.
