For night lightning,
the texture file, e.g. "mytexture.bmp" needs to have a night
version with the filename "mytexture_LM.bmp". If you select
"mytexture.bmp" in EOD, you should be able to activate the
"night texture" option in the texture selection.
If you can't, then you haven't set up EOD correctly.
Go to menu Project > API/SCM Macro Settings
Activate the option "Use LoadBitmap"
BTW:
For FS2000 and later versions, the options
"Use LoadBitmap"
"No FS98 shadow correction"
"Don't use vector jump"
should be checked!
